1. About This Policy
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made through www.pomi-t.co.uk and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions of Sale.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
2. Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party nominated by you) receive the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us of your decision before the cancellation period expires.
3. Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your order within the 14-day cooling-off period:
- you must return the goods to us unused, unopened and in their original condition;
- you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the product is faulty or not as described;
- we will refund the price paid for the goods (excluding delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Hygiene and Safety Exception (Food Supplements)
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used food supplements cannot be returned, unless they are faulty or not as described.
This exception is permitted under UK consumer law and applies to:
- opened packaging;
- used capsules;
- products where the safety seal has been broken.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If a product is:
- faulty;
- damaged on arrival; or
- not as described,
you are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair in accordance with your statutory rights.
Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the item so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
6. Pre-Orders and Backorders
For products purchased on a pre-order or backorder basis:
- the 14-day cancellation period begins from the day you receive the goods, not from the date of order;
- if we are unable to dispatch your order within a reasonable time, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
If a pre-order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued.
