1. About This Policy

1.1 This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made through www.pomi-t.co.uk and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions of Sale. 1.2 This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. 

1.3 Fulfilment Partner: Please note that while returns are received at our London office, refund processing and inventory management are conducted in coordination with our fulfilment partner, UAB Medgidas.

2. Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

2.1 If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. 2.2 The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party nominated by you) receive the goods. 2.3 To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us of your decision before the cancellation period expires.

3. Effects of Cancellation

3.1 If you cancel your order within the 14-day cooling-off period:

  • You must return the goods to us unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to our London office, unless the product is faulty or not as described.

  • We will refund the price paid for the goods (excluding original delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned items. 3.2 Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Hygiene and Safety Exception (Food Supplements)

4.1 Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used food supplements cannot be returned, unless they are faulty or not as described. 4.2 This exception is permitted under UK consumer law and applies to:

  • Opened packaging or broken safety seals.

  • Used capsules.

  • Products where the outer tamper-evident seal has been tampered with.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

5.1 If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair in accordance with your statutory rights. 

5.2 Please contact us at info@pomi-t.co.uk as soon as possible after receiving the item so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

6. Pre-Orders and Backorders

6.1 For products purchased on a pre-order or backorder basis:

  • The 14-day cancellation period begins from the day you receive the goods, not from the date of order.

  • If we are unable to dispatch your order within a reasonable time, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

7. How to Return an Item

  • Your order number.

  • The reason for the return.

  • Confirmation that the product is unused, unopened, and the seal is intact.

8. Refund Processing

8.1 Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

8.2 Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

9. Items Not Eligible for Return

9.1 Unless faulty, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used food supplements.

  • Items returned outside the 14-day cancellation period.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or failure to follow usage instructions.

10. Shipping Costs

10.1 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
