Pre-order products are not immediately available for dispatch. Any estimated dispatch dates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
If we are unable to dispatch a pre-order within a reasonable time, you will have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
We reserve the right to cancel a pre-order at any time, in which case a full refund will be issued.

In the event of a pricing error:
we reserve the right to cancel the order;
you will be informed and offered the option to reconfirm at the correct price or receive a full refund.
6. Payment

6.2 Pay-Later and Backorder Orders
For certain products or situations, we may allow orders to be placed without immediate payment.

Orders containing backorder items will be dispatched once stock becomes available.

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
9.2 Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel:
you must return the goods unused and in their original condition;
you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the goods are faulty.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
9.3 Exceptions
For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns of:
